on opposite side of road to 9 the broadway a broken in two orange plastic bollard dumped on the roadside of the haringey council litter bin on the pavement of the broadway by the curb between the bus shelter and the building. this is on side of the road where there are no shops. this bollard was run over by a van and has been dumped here it cannot be used as its snapped in two. seen thursday night.-Shop, 9 The Broadway, Hornsey, London, N8 8DU
