I am writing to report a serious and worsening situation involving a piece of private land on Caxton Road.The land contains a large accumulation of waste. The fencing is damaged, allowing the rubbish to be seen from the street, and from my raised ground-floor flat. This poses a significant risk to environmental health and safety. In the event of a fire, flames can potentially reaching the residential area.
