We previously reported our neighbours overgrown, poorly managed Tree. It is 36ft from our property and taller than our building which is 4 storey high. The tree is covered in ivy and appears to be diseases with ? honey dew. Branches are falling off into our garden. We asked the owners to deal with it several time but they have done nothing and I have asked the landlord again this year (lives in USA), I contacted the agent (Barb Gibson) and the Freehold with no avail. Please tell them to manage
