Overgrown bushes, grass & plant debri causing mouse infestation & providing places for homeless people to hide belongings/drug paraphernalia. Last time, only the tops of the bushes were cut, which didn’t resolve the issue. Please could the whole front garden be thoroughly cleared, with all bushes, weeds & vegetation cut right back to ground level & the area properly lawned/cleared? The surface of the path has cracked near to the side of the house - I have included a photo of that. There is a cherry tree outside 70 Durnsford road with a fungal fruiting body at the base (likely Ganoderma spp) , It has been in severe decline over the last 12 months and is now 90% dead. It present a clear and forseeable hazard public safety as it is overhanging the only acces footpath for 10 residential properties and is a main route for school children twice a day to and from Rhodes primary and Alexendra Park secondary.
