The sign on La Rose lane saying there’s no through traffic to St Ann’s road needs to be temporarily changed. As the LTN is lifted on La Rose Lane for the duration of the works on West Green Road as there’s constant unnecessary traffic jam on Phillip Lane due to the fact that no one knows they can drive on La Rose Lane since the sign at the entrance says they can’t although the cameras further down are switched off. -Naco House, Black Boy Lane, Tottenham, London, N15 3AR
