There are household bins left out as obstructions on the pedestrian pavement outside numbers 44, 50, 62, 64 and 90. More and more people are leaving their bins out and this needs to be halted. 3 bins with rubbish have been dumped outside our empty property at number 20. They do not belong to us as our 3 bins are in our garage as not being used. Both neighbours on either side all have 3 bins each so cannot be theirs. There are no numbers or stickers in bins to be able to identify. Dog walkers are now throwing dog mess bags in the bins which are now foul smelling. -20 Fordington Road, Hornsey, London, N6 4TJ
