I live at 71 Philip Lane, but my neighbour who lives in 69 Philip Lane is Haringey tenant, she neglected her property as she says she has no money to cut the garden and now her fence fell into my garden and created a risk to my grandchildren who come and visit me regularly, as a result I cannot open the door into my garden, please help. -71 Philip Lane, London, UK

The sandpit has lost almost all its sand. From the photo of the children playing in 2014 you can see the pit was filled to the top rail with about 60cm of sand, whereas now it’s fairly miserable, with just 1 or 2 cm of cm and the bottom mesh is showing through in lots of places. -5 Wavel Mews, Hornsey, London, N8 8LQ

it is in relation to the downward rail downwards to flat 14, it has not been repaired for many years, the paint that is left is off a rust and hence damages the hand, It needs repainting? can i put in a request for this to be down-thank you- i would it myself but am house bounf]-14 Drylands Road, Hornsey, London, N8 9HN

An overgrown tree in a adjecent Courcy Road property is blocking the lamp post that provides light to the alley, Wallis Mews. This is something the residents of 2 Wallis Mews flag every year as this overgrown tree needs pruning. Without light at night, Wallis Mews becomes an alley with loads of fly tipping and anti social behaviour where people are hiding from the main street.
