Black Volkswagen Tiguan 2.0 TDI, registration FN64 OGD.

The vehicle has been parked in the same location for several months and appears not to have been moved during that time. In addition, the front and rear registration plates appear to display different registrations. The rear plate displays FN64 OGD, while the front plate appears to display FN64 OOD. A DVLA vehicle search does not appear to return a record for the registration shown on the front plate.

Please investigate whether the vehicle is being kept legally and whether the registration plates are correctly displayed.-1 Stapleford, Willan Road, Tottenham, London, N17 6NA

Hello,

I reported this issue on 10 May 2026 and have received no updates since. As I mentioned in my last report, there are cigarette butts falling onto the back balcony at Carlton Lodge N4 4NJ, Flats 29-38. We are unsure who is dropping them, but it is creating a constant mess on the balcony soon after clearing them and is also a fire hazard. Is there anything you can advise on what to do when we don't know who is dropping the cigarette butts? -Carlton Lodge, Carlton Road, Hornsey, London, N4 4NJ
