There is a pile of dumped rubbish and beer bottles outside Ladbrokes that has accumulated over days without cleaning or collection. There is a commercial waste bin nearby this is dumped on the street and is extremely insightly. There is frequent dumping of beer bottles etc on this parade without being cleaned. 
Warning notices should be placed up on the street and at Chapman Park nearby which is also a dumping ground for rubbish and making the neighborhood unsightly.-Ladbrokes, Lordship Lane, London, UK
