The tree roots from the TWO cherry trees are lifting the curb stones and lifting the road gulley. One tree is in front of no. 12 Princes Avenue and the second tree is in front of no. 8 Princes Avenue. Cracking of of the road surface across the road from 58 Perth along with 2 subsiding manhole cover either side of the cracking road. This is causing a lot of vibration at my home at 58 Perth Road. The heavy traffic which is a frequent W3 bus service and lorries, are causing significant vibration on the property. As a result, there is significant shaking at the property and cracks have started to appear inside. Please can the road be repaired so that there is no longer vibration and shaking at 58 Perth Road and in-turn stopping the damage that is occuring at the property. I reported the problem with the subsiding manhole covers over a year ago and nothing has been done. I would also like to bring to attention the poor and even road surface on Perth Road, particularly between the junctions of Fife Road and Lordship Lane. The road really needs to be resurfaced given all the heavy traffic we face and for road safety. Please could you keep me updated with the above issues particularly that of the road outside 58 Perth Road. Thank you in anticipation. -58 Perth Road, Wood Green, London, N22 5QY

Corner of Broad Lane and Tottenham High Road. I am aware this is TfL's responsibility, however despite repeated reports, they are failing to address this issue of poorly managed drainage system. After heavy rainfall the road floods making this busy pedestrian crossing unusable.
