The tree on the pavement between 12 and 14 Paisley Road, N22 5RA, has caused serious damage and subsidence to 14 Paisley Road, and we have twice repaired the walls, which have been broken again by this tree. As this has been reported before, the solution has not addressed the issue. The bin has been placed directly in front of my gate again, blocking access to my property. This is not the first time this has happened. As you can see in the photo, the bin obstructs the entrance and makes it difficult to enter or exit. There is also rubbish being left in the area behind the gate. Overgrown bushes and grass needs cutting, same as out the back of Tivendale flats too. Rent/maintenance has gone up again and again like the past couple of years maintenance isnt being done. People keep using the grass with their dogs too and leaving mess and especially when grass is long people can't see whats on there! Its disgusting -London N8 7AA, UK
