There is a severe protrusion in the road surface from a sunken manhole cover. The road asphalt has a sharp change in direction, which has broken my vehicle's suspension. The asphalt one side of the manhole structure is significantly lower than the manhole cover, reuslting in a hazardous road surface. A large branch fell from a tree on the periphery of Hillcrest Eatate onto the junction between The Park and Southwood Lane narrowly missing a pedestrian at approx 12pm on Sun 4th October. The trees need all along the banks here need inspection for safety. Several appear to be almost dead due to drought. I have previously already reported that the edges of Rowland Hill recreational field behind the Rowland Hill Nursery and in between Peregrine Road there are overgrown bushes that have not been cut where rats are living and mice.
