Two loose manhole/inspection covers ON MUSWELL HILL. They are on both sides of the road, virually opposite each other. Every time a bus or motor vehicle drives over them they make a very load noise. (Bang, bang) I have reported this problem 7 times and it's STILL ongoing. First reported on 8/4/24 then 11/4/24 next 22/4/24 a complaint on 3/5/24 next 28/4/24, 14/6/24 finally 19/6/24. The noise of the loose covers is keeping us awake at night and it's becoming unbearable and we can't have any windows open either.
We are also unable to use our back garden as were waiting for the next vehicle to drive over them. Its really starting to effect our mental health and well being. I am awaiting contact from our MP Catherine West.-Muswell Hill, Hornsey, London, N10 3PR

Cygnet in the pond - it had unfortunately died and was floating on top of the water. Approx 5-6 weeks old.
The cygnet seemed absolutely fine yesterday and the previous days. No different to the other cygnets.
Have seen some young boys fishing in the pond recently (early evening) so not sure if the bird had swallowed something from the fishing or if it had a disease etc or something in the water. Seen at 8:30am this morning. -Finsbury Gate Public Conveniences, Finsbury Park, Green Lanes, Hornsey, London, N4 2DE

Van has now been outside 32 vicarage in the same spot, overhanging double yellows for approx a month and alarm has been going for over a week...can someone let me know the correct avenue to report this or what constitutes an abandoned vehicle if this does not....
