Dear Environmental Health Officer,<br/><br/>I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding ongoing environmental and public health issues occurring on the opposite side of the road from 315 Mount Pleasant Road - opposite the Bike repair shop. (empty space where rubbish and bikes are being parked)<br/><br/>A motorcycle repair shop operating across the street appears to be using the public or shared space inappropriately. The issues are as follows:<br/><br/>Rubbish Dumping: Waste materials, including used parts, general garbage, old clothes, and even dead rodents, are being dumped irresponsibly in the area outside the shop.<br/><br/>Bike Storage & Parking: Numerous bikes, apparently from both the motorcycle shop and the nearby Pizza GoGo outlet, are being stored or parked in this space, blocking access and making the area unsightly and congested.<br/><br/>Health and Safety Hazard: The presence of decomposing garbage and dead animals poses a significant health risk to residents and passers-by. It also attracts pests.<br/><br/>This situation has become increasingly problematic, and it is affecting the cleanliness, safety, and quality of life for residents in the vicinity.<br/><br/>I kindly request that the relevant authorities investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate enforcement or clean-up actions.
