Description
The pavement on the Scout Park side of Passmorre Gardens is in a very bad state of repair, with uneven, broken and loose paving which make it particulary hazardous for the elderly and infirm. It has caused me to fall several times, the latest being on Tuesday 30th Septembe, when I tripped on the uneven surface and fell, bruising and cutting my face and damaging my glasses.
