There's a tripping hazard on the pavement which has resulted in an accident that is going to require surgery on my elbow. It's a significant tripping hazard and needs to be promptly addressed. There has been no weed control spraying in Fortismere Avenue or Fortis Green in 2026. Please carry this out as soon as possible. Possible hemlock growing near the path opposite the green shed. It looks like cow parsley but is flowering much later and has the purple patches on the stems.
