Please fix asap, but ensure that the contractor (Marlborough?) doesn’t cut corners and do the usual cheapskate job of just throwing a handful of tarmac in the hole and disappearing. Please ensure that the hole is firmly filled and the edges well sealed. (Note 99% of the time this does not happen and the council and residents are being ripped off) FOI request: how often are repairs like this inspected by officers to check the job has definitely been done correctly?
