There is an ongoing problem with rubbish and food waste being left outside the building at 22 Alfoxton Avenue, London. Food packaging, leftover food and other rubbish is regularly being left on the ground next to the communal waste bins rather than being properly disposed of. The area is becoming very dirty and unhygienic, and the exposed food waste is likely to attract pests and rodents. I have attached a photograph showing the current condition of the area. Please could someone mulch this tree pit and it's very poor now, and the old plastic needs cutting away too. I think painting the trees we have is so. This footpath next to Springfield Community Park is very dangerous as it is uneven and broken. It is a hazard to the disabled and the elderly and frankly anyone. Believe it is the Council’s statutory duty to fix broken paving that is compromising health and safety. There are multiple potholes and deep cracks in the pavement on the small hill sections in Lordship Rec. I sprained my ankle yesterday jogging when it was caught in one of them and am now unable to go to the office.
