A potential sinkhole is forming outside our property, near a Thames Water drain. Their team has conducted an investigation and advised us to contact you, as the issue extends onto a yellow line and falls within your boundary.<br/><br/>While the visible damage appears minimal, the surrounding area is losing compression, and there is a significant gap beneath the brickwork. I have photos available, but an engineer will be needed to assess the situation properly.<br/><br/>Please let us know the next steps at your earliest convenience.
