This right hand turn light keeps swiveling to the right. Despite reports and presumably getting fixed, it has happened multiple times in the last month and causes traffic jams and confusion every single day, especially during rush hour. This busy intersection is right next to a nursery and children’s center and this is a huge safety issue. For two years there was a wooden structure blocking a large part of the road outside 86-88 Moselle Avenue, Noel Park, N22. That was finally removed a year ago. Since then, a trailer has been left blocking the road. It is never used or moved, just permanently left there, seemingly abandoned. This is an area of permit parking and often gets busy.
