I am submitting this report as a guest regarding severe waste accumulation, potential fire hazards, and hidden debris at this property.Details of Issues & HazardsPressurised Gas Cylinders: Three large gas cylinders (including Calor Gas bottles) are stored right outside in a corner near the building, posing a major safety and fire risk. Front Driveway Dumping: A large pile of rubbish is left across the driveway, including discarded mattresses, divan bed bases, wooden frames, a glass TV stand, cardboard, plastic children's slides, and a massive pile of dry branches. Garden Overgrowth & Covered Waste: The garden area is heavily overgrown with dense brambles that are completely concealing dumped refuse, including old chairs, metal shelving frames, car tires with rims, lawn equipment, a metal dustbin, and broken greenhouse parts. Action RequestedPlease inspect the property and require the immediate clearance of the pressurized gas cylinders, bulk furniture, and hidden garden debris to eliminate the environmental, pest, and safety hazards-59 Wolves Lane, London N22 5JD, UK

The park would benefit from park lighting. It’s such a family area and the darkness creeps in so quickly having lights throughout the park would make everyone feel safer on their journeys. And help with antisocial behaviour that is happening in the park. Dear Council. I am writing to report that several of the street lights in our area are currently not working. This is becoming a concern, as the lack of adequate lighting can create an unsafe environment for residents and visitors. There was also an incident involving an assault in the area last week, which has heightened concerns about safety. While better lighting may not prevent incidents entirely, it could help improve visibility and make the area feel safer. Could you please look into this matter and arrange for the affected street lights to be inspected and repaired as soon as possible? Thank you for your assistance. I am reporting an obstructed and unsafe section of footway caused by the mature street tree outside 9 Commonwealth Road, Tottenham, London N17 0PL. Attached is a picture showing the position clearly. This is not a pruning or overgrowth issue. The problem is the width and surface condition of the footway at the base of the tree: 1. The trunk and surface root growth occupy most of the footway width. The clear width remaining between the root flare and the kerb face is approximately [MEASURE IN MM] mm, which is below the minimum footway widths in the Department for Transport's Inclusive Mobility guidance. 2. The surfacing around the base of the tree is broken, patched and lifted by root growth, creating a trip hazard with a lip. 3. Vehicles parked at the kerb regularly overhang the footway at this exact pinch point, reducing the usable width further. 4. There is a significant quantity of broken glass across the tree pit and surrounding footway, plus dumped refuse. The practical effect is that a wheelchair user, mobility scooter user or anyone with a double buggy cannot pass and must divert into the carriageway. -11 Commonwealth Road, Tottenham, London, N17 0PL
