I am writing to raise a concern about the condition of the garden at number 58.<br/><br/>The tenant does not appear to be maintaining the garden, which has become significantly overgrown with leaves and plants. Despite recent work to clear the drainage, the garden itself remains untidy and is continuing to worsen, now resembling an overgrown area.<br/><br/>Additionally, the build-up of leaves has previously caused drainage issues, leading to flooding in the garden. Although the drainage was cleared recently, the ongoing lack of maintenance is likely to cause further problems.<br/>Given the situation, it appears the tenant may require additional support to manage the upkeep of the property.<br/><br/>I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into and appropriate action taken.
