Haringey Council - Crouch End Ward

Outside of Hornsey library - near Farnfield Close - on Haringey Park, there seems to be a blocked and/or leaking sewage pipe. There is liquid on the pavements which smells like raw sewage and is being picked up on shoes, buggy wheels etc. I would imagine this to be a huge health and safety concern. It has been like this for a week.-33 Haringey Park, Hornsey, London, N8 9JD
