Despite several previous attempts to bring this matter to your attention, no effective action appears to have been taken. We live at Flat 32, Carlton Lodge N4 4NJ and for several months there have been cigarette butts landing on our back balcony where the rubbish chute is. Please see image attached. We have checked with upstairs neighbours but they have denied throwing cigarette butts so it is difficult to find out who is doing this. Hi, the tree outside 4 Coniston road needs a bit of attention. There are a few issues. One of the brunches has some sort of infection, I guess if you cut that brunch early and treat it, the tree can remain healthy. There are a couple of broken brunches that have stayed on the tree - they could fall with wind. It has also overgrown towards our property (4 Coniston road) and we are worried that if the brunches break, it could damage the property.
