I am writing to formally raise again a serious and ongoing concern regarding Japanese knotweed originating from your property, which has now spread onto my property. Despite several previous attempts to bring this matter to your attention, no effective action appears to have been taken. As a result, the knotweed infestation has worsened and has now caused physical damage, including the collapse of our boundary fence. There is more information I can provide upon request.
