Olympus Group Drainage Engineers have conducted a cctv investigation and found a serious tree root blockage. I have a 90 year old disabled housebound lady living in the building. It has a sucker coming out from its base which I think should be removed. I water the tree regularly, but I cannot prune the sucker as it is inside the water bag and inaccessible.
