Unsure if this is an abandoned vehicle, but am concerned for the owner, as the front passenger window is open and there has been heavy rainful, so it is likely experiencing damage as well as being vulnerable to theft or break-in.-10 Napier Road, Tottenham, London, N17 6YE

Mature Japanese knotweed bush self seeding. Please take the appropriate action before it self seeds across into front gardens (if it hasn’t already) of the town houses. I am writing about the traffic signs at the junction of Langham Road and Belmont Road. None of the signs on the east side of this junction face north, towards Belmont Road. A driver coming north along Belmont Road and turning left into Langham Road cannot see any of them until they have already turned in Langham Road. By then it is too late to avoid the restriction. I have attached a photo of the junction, with the furthest sign highlighted in yellow. Turning this sign to face north would let drivers coming from that direction see the restriction before they turn and before they are fined unfairly. I hope you will look into this and will make a change. Regards.-42 Belmont Road, Tottenham, London, N15 3LU
