This bicycle is constantly locked to street furniture i.e the road sign outside 80 Oakfield Road partially obscuring it, it presents a hazard to elderly, disabled or blind people walking along the street. 17/02/2026 After numerous evenings and weeks walking past this location it appears either a water pipe leak in neighbouring National rail or uncontrolled run off over the path into street. It has continued and causing path to be unsafe condition. I am also concerned about the length of time and constant flow of water might be large issue.
