After numerous evenings and weeks walking past this location it appears either a water pipe leak in neighbouring National rail or uncontrolled run off over the path into street. It has continued and causing path to be unsafe condition. This bicycle is constantly locked to street furniture i.e the road sign outside 80 Oakfield Road partially obscuring it, it presents a hazard to elderly, disabled or blind people walking along the street.
