05/01/2026 Tree stump is a hazard for cars reversing as it catches mirrors because it is too close to the kerb edge. It is also a hub for littering with everything from bananas to glass bottles being left on it. The latter has smashed in the past which is a hazard for pets and wildlife while food attracts rats. The stump needs to be removed and ground out properly and if possible an another tree planted in its place.
