Tree stump is a hazard for cars reversing as it catches mirrors because it is too close to the kerb edge. It is also a hub for littering with everything from bananas to glass bottles being left on it. The latter has smashed in the past which is a hazard for pets and wildlife while food attracts rats. 06/01/2026 Motor bikes on Muswell Hill Playing Fields on Sunday 4 January. The bikes were small sized for young people with petrol engines. They were being driven at speed round and round the field. This appeared to be dangerous both to the children driving them and all the adults/children/dogs on the fields. Can the signs to the Fields please be improved at all entrances to make it clear that motorbikes and any unauthorised vehicles are not allowed on the Fields. This is a recurring problem.
