I am writing to express my continued concern regarding the state of the pavement outside my residence at 35D Hornsey Lane Gardens, N6. This is now the second time I am reaching out about this issue, and unfortunately, the situation remains unresolved.

I have a disabled family member, and the current condition of the pavement is making it extremely difficult, and at times dangerous, for them to navigate safely. The uneven surface, loose paving stones, and general disrepair pose a serious risk of trips and falls, especially for those with mobility challenges.

I urge you to take immediate action to assess and repair the pavement. This is not only a matter of accessibility but also of public safety.

Overgrown tree that is I. William Rainbird house gardens which comes over the alleyway and into no 3
And no 4 gardens , no washing can be put out as it gets covered in debris from the tree and our back gardens need sweeping every day.I have a autistic grandson who does not like things like this and gets agitated if I do not keep cleaning it when he comes .

Pretty sure your car park at Tottenham Green Leasire Centre is illegal. It breaks all CPE, DPE, and Road Traffic Regulation Act (1984) guidelines for car parks. (See attached photo of as much of the car park and venue I could fit in one photo. Photos and full video of my entire route into the venue showing entrance signs, gates, roadsides, parking spaces, and walkways (including close-ups of all potential, yet sign-free surfaces) available but I wasn’t able to attach to this form)

I received a parking ticket because I paid for my parking after couple hours into my visit (I was playing the local team in a sport at the centre and travelled from Bristol, so no way for me to have prior knowledge). The only reason I found out you had to pay was because I overheard a spectator saying theirs had run out halfway through the match. I immediately left the game to go pay. I had to go back in and ask the receptionist if it was paid parking and they had to tell me where the sign was because I couldn’t find it even when I was looking for it.

I then had to ring my husband to download a parking app and pay because I didn’t have enough data. Even if the signage was present, I still couldn’t pay and wouldn’t have been able to pay without external assistance. It’s not only not clear that you must pay, but it’s totally inaccessible, so also breaks the various UK accessibility and equality acts, as well as the disabilities act (as someone with a learning disability and neurodivergence, this directly impacts me).

This can’t be legal. So I’m reporting it. I’ve also disputed my ticket (PCN Reference: ZN16834571; Submission Reference: 19030596) and hope you look into not only this, but strongly suggest you look into other tickets given at this venue as I’m pretty sure they’ve been issued unfairly and possibly illegally.-Tottenham Green East

There is an abandoned vehicle at the junction of Muswell Avenue and Barnard Hill, parked on the North side of Barnard Hill. The vehicle has one rear window wound down completely (or missing) and a smashed rear window covered with plastic and a severely cracked windshield as well as damage to the front.
