The new tree that was planted outside our house 18 months ago needs a tree stake to help it grow upwards in a more safe direction. The tree stake was removed and it is growing at a slant which could be a problem going forward. URGENT REQUEST! There are 2 mature pink blossom trees that have just come into full flower in Francis Road - a small link road with just 2 houses between Eastern and Lynmouth Roads. A private tree company, under instructions from Haringey Council, has put up notices today warning residents to move their cars on 9th April because the trees are being pruned. Surely this is not a good idea when the trees are flowering? Could not the work be postponed until later in the year? The trees look so beautiful just now.
