I've been reporting this private alleyway which is constantly being used for flytipping by persons unknown for literally years. It's a massively dangerous health hazard. Look at all the flammable materials! When are you going to take enforcement action against the owner of the property who permits it to happen?

The new tree that was planted outside our house 18 months ago needs a tree stake to help it grow upwards in a more safe direction. The tree stake was removed and it is growing at a slant which could be a problem going forward. I have just passed this tree - part of the trunk has split and therefore a large heavy branch is obstructing the pavement for anyone who is over about 4 foot tall.
