I would like to report a suspected rat issue linked to the neighbouring property. The garden next door is very overgrown with dense vegetation and appears poorly maintained. I have observed a rat entering my garden from that direction and then returning back into the neighbouring garden. This has happened more than once. I am concerned that the overgrown garden may be providing shelter or nesting areas and could be the source of the infestation. I am worried about a potential health and hygiene risk as the rats are entering my property.
