I would like to report a suspected rat issue linked to the neighbouring property. The garden next door is very overgrown with dense vegetation and appears poorly maintained.

I have observed a rat entering my garden from that direction and then returning back into the neighbouring garden. This has happened more than once.

I am concerned that the overgrown garden may be providing shelter or nesting areas and could be the source of the infestation.

I am worried about a potential health and hygiene risk as the rats are entering my property.

The pavement on this side of the street is in a horrible state.
I’ve seen people trip over and it’s very difficult for people with wheelchairs to navigate.

The owners of these two cars who work at A’s barber are always leaving their soft drink cans and fast food containers outside their cars in the parking bay outside our house. Outside of A’s Barber, there are hundreds of cigarette butts, lots of cans of red bull and other plastic rubbish. The main people working there are the ones who leave the rubbish. There is a 6ft man with beard that always wears slippers - he’s the main one who throws cigarette butts.
