There are 3 massive bins overloaded with rubbish and people are throwing rubbish ontop. The rubbish bags have exploded everywhere it’s going onto the street and there are multiple rats! 05/03/2026 Hi, On Rutland Gardens Between Devon Gardens and Warwick Gardens All footpath pavement stones are broken and all needs replacing. If I and anyone trips and falls Harringay council will be responsible for any broken legs or any part of the body I take action against Harringay council. It was supposed to be replaced; I was told 5 years ago by a counsellor. Pravin Khatri  93 Rutland Gardens  London  N4 1JW  07944509749
