05/03/2026 Hi, On Rutland Gardens Between Devon Gardens and Warwick Gardens All footpath pavement stones are broken and all needs replacing. If I and anyone trips and falls Harringay council will be responsible for any broken legs or any part of the body I take action against Harringay council.
