The new lamps in Lordship Rec are very good and much appreciated. I walk in the morning around dawn now (civil twilight) and have noticed a number are 'off' at the start on my morning walks. The list of numbers that have been off when at the Rec at dawn on Wed 15 Nov, Sun 19 Nov and Mon 20 Nov are: 527F, 499F, 497F, 494F, 491F, 491F, 490F, 488F, 487F, 485F, 484F, 481F, 483F, 482F, 479F, 478F, and 478F. Also the two lamps 474F and one with no tag by the Lordship Lane entrance to the Rec also have not been on at those times. There are about 12-18 people who routinely walk or jog at that time in the morning. -131 Higham Road, Tottenham, London, N17 6NU
